How a mix between paid and organic social media campaign can help your brand grow

Cerezos is a physical store located in Barquisimeto, Venezuela. It's been there for more than ten years and has been evolving with time by taking care of client's needs in the city. More specifically, inside the Sambil Mall.


They came to us one day with a new goal. They wanted to start locating their sales via social media. The world is changing, and they know that people tend to go online before buying a product in a store. They want to increase their awareness and be a brand everyone in the city can recognize since they've been in the market for the past ten years. With this information, we started gathering all the information to create the strategy to help this store generate the awareness and sales they desire via social media.


Content creation is a vital part of this campaign, the type of content you decide to post is what will call people’s attention.





The campaign has been running for three months, but in the first month, we got a total of 414 interactions going up 728% compared with past months, Followers went up by 14%, and we reached about 26k people only with organic posting. Regarding paid ads, they ran for six days in total. The results came to a total of 18k people reached, more than 600 new profile visits, and more than 20 conversations initiated with potential clients to the store.


More specifically, in only one month of the campaign, we reached 4K interactions, around 400 profile visits, and 46 new organic followers.
